In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect or if the product is defective, please get in touch with us at care@citronfresh.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Citron Fresh will replace the product with a new one, with the following terms and conditions:
Returned products must be unopened and accompanied by original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase from www.citronfresh.com
Items purchased may only be exchange for products, there will be no cash refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Citron Fresh reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice.
Citron Fresh offers both Standard shipping and express courier in Singapore.
You may opt for your preferred shipping mode when checking out your shopping cart. Upon placing your payment, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in the midst of packing and delivery. All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 working days (Mondays to Fridays; excluding weekends and public holidays).
